The four West End Churches are located in the heart of

London, in Soho and Covent Garden.

The unique mission of the Churches here is to be present

and reach out to the 250 thousand people who pass by

every day.

 

The history of the West End Catholic Churches is very colourful,

and includes stories of Irish, Italian immigrants, French living

in London. Presently the churches give home to French

speaking African communities, Spanish, Brazilian, Chinese

Catholics, and provide a place of worship to many visitors

from all around the world.

 

The West End churches serve those few who live in the area

but also those who work here. They reach out in many ways

to the homeless, the poor and to those who are addicted

to drugs, alcohol. Other different communities find here

a home: young adults who want to deepen their faith,

pray together, evangelize; just as gay people who can find

encouragement and listening ears.
